The goal of this project was to create a unified HR management experience where teams could monitor key activities, manage employees and make faster decisions without navigating through complex systems.
We designed a clean, data-driven SaaS dashboard that brings critical HR information into one clear workspace.
HR teams deal with a large amount of information every day — employee records, recruitment progress, interviews, training, reports, tasks and workforce activity.
The main challenge was making all of this information accessible without overwhelming the user.
We needed to create an experience that could:

Reduce unnecessary navigation

We started by organizing the product around the most common HR activities.
Instead of forcing users to move between multiple screens to understand what is happening across the organization, the dashboard provides an immediate overview of important workforce information.
Recruitment can become difficult to manage when candidate information, interviews and hiring stages are spread across different tools.
The recruitment experience was designed to bring those steps into one structured workflow.
